We will no longer be taking headshots or group photos on Thursday. Photographers will be available immediately following the ceremony to take any requested group photos.

Name Pronunciation
If you would like to provide your name pronunciation in advance of the ceremony, you may do one of the following by August 13th:
Use (must set up a free account) to record yourself saying your name and send the resulting link to the Registrar.
Call 801.734.6816 (direct line for Gretel Cosman, Registrar) and provide the pronunciation over the phone or in a voicemail.
Name cards provided on the day of the ceremony will have space for writing your name using phonetic pronunciation.

Week leading up to Commencement
- Regalia that was shipped to the University, will be available for pickup from the Registrar’s Office the week of Commencement. Details will be announced once available.
Wednesday, Aug. 12
- PA Awards Dinner (5:30–7:30 PM, Provo Library): For graduating PA students, their families, and faculty.
Thursday, Aug. 13Â
- University Showcase (12:00-4:00pm, Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Building 3): Open to students, faculty, and staff. The third annual University Showcase will take place on Thursday, Aug. 13, from 12-4 p.m. MT in Building 3. It will feature platform and poster presentations in live and virtual formats from Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø faculty, students, staff, and our friends from the Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Showcase is an all-inclusive opportunity to share the incredible work happening at Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø through best practices and innovations from the classroom, clinic, and office. It is a celebration of all the things we have learned, created, mastered, or designed in fulfillment of our university mission and vision.
- Graduate Reception (5:00–7:00 PM, Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Annex): Join us for a celebratory reception honoring our graduating students. All graduates, their families and guests, and program faculty are warmly invited to enjoy light refreshments, connect with one another, and commemorate this milestone together. We look forward to celebrating with you!
- MOT Reception (3:00-5:00pm,Provo Library) For graduated MOT students, their families, and faculty.
- MS MedSLP Awards Dinner (6:00–8:00 PM, Provo Library): For graduating MS MedSLP students, their families, and faculty
Friday, Aug. 14Â
- Arrival time (9:45 a.m.) Pick up name card at Check- In Table inside the West Entrance.
Regalia that has not yet been picked up will be available at the Check-In Tables.
- Â Processional Lineup (10:30-10:50 a.m.) in the South side of the arena (behind the pipe-and-drape).
- Ceremony (11 a.m.) (Main Arena)
- Immediately following the ceremony, photographers and University Faculty, Program Directors, etc. will be available outside the West Entrance for any photo opportunities you would like!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are late for the ceremony, we will be unable to wait for you!

This Webinar is intended for in-person graduates. This will prepare you for Commencement Day. The details of the video will include parking, regalia, line-up, hooding, etc.
