Health care education leader to inspire the Class of 2026 as they begin careers of service and impact
Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø of Health Professions (Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø) is pleased to announce that Lily S. Hsu, EdD, president of in Milton, Mass., will deliver the keynote address at the University’s 2026 Commencement Ceremony on Friday, August 14 at 11 a.m.
A respected leader in healthcare and higher education, Dr. Hsu has dedicated her career to expanding educational opportunities and preparing future healthcare professionals to serve their communities. Her experience leading healthcare-focused institutions and advancing student success makes her a fitting choice to address Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø’s newest graduates as they prepare to embark on careers centered on improving lives. In addition, she currently serves as a member of Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø’s Board of Trustees.
“Dr. Hsu understands the transformative power of healthcare education and the profound impact healthcare professionals have on the communities they serve,” said Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø President Cameron K. Martin. “Throughout her career, she has championed innovation and excellence in healthcare education, and we are honored to welcome her to Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø.”
As president of Labouré College of Healthcare, Dr. Hsu has led initiatives focused on healthcare workforce development and educational access. Prior to her current role, she served as provost at Johnson & Wales University and associate provost at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. Across her career, she has worked to strengthen pathways into healthcare professions while helping institutions prepare graduates to meet the evolving needs of patients and communities.
