Section 08 · Required disclosures

Consumer Information & Compliance

Where prospective students, families, and auditors find 鶹ý’s federally required HEA / HEOA and Department of Education disclosures — collected in one place and reachable site-wide from the footer.

Student Right-to-Know

Required disclosures

Each of these is federally mandated. The Net Price Calculator and state-authorization table are hard requirements for a graduate health-professions institution; the Financial Value Transparency / Gainful Employment rule takes effect for the 2026 reporting cycle.

Net Price Calculator HEOA To build

The HEOA-required estimator of net price after grant aid. No NPC exists on the university site today — it must be stood up before this section launches. Cost of attendance is published at Tuition & Fees.

Financial Value Transparency / GE 2023 rule To build

The FVT / Gainful Employment disclosures under the 2023 rule, effective for the 2026 cycle. Federal program-level data meanwhile: .

Professional Licensure State Authorization 34 CFR 668.43 To build

Per-state determinations of whether each program meets licensure requirements. No state table exists today — a hard requirement for a licensure-track institution; the office maintains it here once compiled.

The honest gap list

Two federally required disclosures — the Net Price Calculator and the 34 CFR 668.43 state-licensure table — do not exist anywhere on rm.edu today. This page ships with them marked “to build” rather than linking somewhere that doesn’t answer the requirement; both are launch blockers for this section (strategy §5). And don’t blanket-N/A undergraduate items: if any undergraduate program exists, IPEDS GR and undergraduate retention remain required (strategy §5.8).
