Dr. Webb serves as a core faculty member in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø of Health Professions (Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø). She received her Post-Professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø and earned a Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Argosy University. She completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a licensed occupational therapist and certified aging-in-place specialist with over 30 years of healthcare experience.

Dr. Webb has great regard for the planning, enactment, and improvement of assessment practices in education and is a Fellow of the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities Mission Fulfillment Program, which prepares leaders to advance the mission of institutional effectiveness. This fellowship aided Dr. Webb in supporting Âé¶¹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø in her past roles as senior director of program assessment and vice-president of Institutional Effectiveness. Her passion for education fuels her desire to highlight assessment practices that support and provide opportunities for student success.

Dr. Webb has a diverse background with a focus on leadership and administration. Prior to her role in academia, she held regional and national leadership positions in the realm of skilled nursing and long-term care.
